Every help request submitted to our platform goes through a strict and responsible ground-level verification process. We work only within Assam, and our local team members are assigned pin-code wise.

Once a request is received, the responsible team member personally visits the location, meets the patient and family, and checks the situation carefully. Real photos and videos are recorded to ensure authenticity.

Only after confirming that the case is genuine do we publish it on our website. This process helps us prevent fake requests and ensures that public support reaches people who truly need help.

Every person in need is listed as a separate individual case. We do not combine multiple cases into a single donation pool. Each case has its own post, donation target, and support goal.

Donations made for a case are used only for that specific individual. Once the required amount is collected, donations for that case are closed to maintain fairness and transparency.

This case-based system allows donors to clearly see who they are helping and ensures that funds are not misused or redirected.

All donations on our platform are collected for specific verified cases only. Each case has its own target amount based on the patient’s medical or emergency needs.

To maintain the platform and ensure proper verification, a small and clearly disclosed platform & verification charge is applied. This charge is shown transparently before donation is completed.

Example:

• If a case requires ₹2,00,000 for treatment
• ₹1,90,000 goes directly to patient care
• ₹10,000 supports verification and platform operations

Patients do not pay any fee to list their case. The platform charge supports field visits, documentation, photo/video recording, and website maintenance.
